Robust Colombian cuisine is the specialty of the new La Finca, 170 Broadway in Hicksville, New York, 516-935-0951. At dinner, I found the surroundings spare and neat, the service friendly. Beef empanadas, russet-colored corn meal - flecked half moon encasing, intenselly flavored, shredded beef fillings, were outstanding.
